Refund policy

30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Not a Return Right)

At Mums Candy, we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, which means you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied.

This guarantee does not grant an automatic right to return or refund.
Instead, it allows us the opportunity—at our sole discretion—to work with you toward a satisfactory outcome. Possible solutions may include, but are not limited to:

  • A discount on a future order

  • A customized or replacement item on a future order

  • Store credit

  • Other goodwill resolutions determined by Mums Candy

All remedies under the Happiness Guarantee are optional, discretionary, and not guaranteed.


Eligibility for Standard Returns (Non-Happiness Guarantee)

To qualify for an approved return, an item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

All returns must be requested by emailing customercare@mumscandy.com before sending anything back.
Unapproved returns will be rejected.

Certain items—including perishable goods, custom products, and sale items—are not returnable under any circumstances.


Risk of Loss & Damage During Transit

Once your order is handed to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.), risk of loss, damage, theft, or spoilage transfers to the customer.

Carrier delays, melted items, crushed boxes, or damage caused in transit are not the responsibility of Mums Candy.

We will assist with claims when possible, but the customer acknowledges and accepts all transit-related risks when placing an order.


Order Fulfillment Timeline

Due to production schedules and high demand, Mums Candy may take up to 60 days to fulfill and ship your order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this fulfillment window.


Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Before filing any dispute with your bank, you must contact us at customercare@mumscandy.com and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

You agree that:

  • A chargeback may not be filed for shipping delays within the 60-day fulfillment window

  • Transit damage or carrier delays do not constitute grounds for a chargeback

  • Filing a chargeback while a resolution is in progress voids eligibility for any return or refund

Initiating a chargeback without following our required process is considered a breach of our Terms of Purchase.

Customers who misuse the chargeback system may be restricted from future purchases.


Refunds

If a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of an approved refund, please contact us.
